He has a wealth of knowledge having been involved in many successful startup businesses, coupled with his previous roles as a Director and Chief Operations Officer with blue chip companies in South Africa, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

Strong relationships and a track record of building successful teams and delivering on objectives are his key attributes. Barry has directed and led management teams in a range of businesses including, asset management, real estate, leasing, project management, facilities management, retail and logistics.

Barry lives happily on the South coast of Sri Lanka with his wife Helena, who is also a partner in the business. He is a keen outdoors person with interests in boating, property, home improvements and community based projects.
