This plantation is situated 7.5 km inland from Weligama town and within one of the traditional rubber growing area of Sri Lanka.  The plantation has many rubber trees, cinnamon trees, and coconut trees, it is a very attractive area, and far cooler than right on the coast.

This is a very tranquil spot and ideal for a yoga retreat, or wellness hotel and spa.  Conveniently located only 7km from the Kokmaduwa Expressway entrance, and within 2 hours drive from the International Airport.
